Went to the gym yesterday worked up about a hour and a half i did strength and cardio.
Started walking around the neighborhood yesterday. Walked again today took me about 30 minutes. It's a little over half a mile 1 time around.
Went to the doctor Monday. Everything worked out everything looks good blood pressures coming down glucose is coming down. I hope to lose 20-25 pounds by Oct. 20th the time of my next doctor's visit.
