I had another good day at the gym yesterday. It was day 4 as we took a break Friday and Sunday.I  completed and tracked 3 cardio exercises and 7 strength exercises at - 90 minutes Upper Body Work Out, 916 calories burned, 15 minutes Cycling 26-31 km/h (bicycling, biking, bike riding) , 409 calories burned, 20 minutes Treadmill - 4 min/km , 658 calories burned; Seated Leg Extension Machine, Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curls, Boxer, Assisted Triceps Dip Machine, Preacher Curl Machine, Seated Chest Press Machine, Seated Row Machine

I am seeing more improvement in my shoulders. I am able to put on coat or shirt w/o assistance and I was able to put on a bookbag with very little pain.

Positive Improvement!

As I mentioned, We joined a local gym. Today is the third time we have gone and worked out and I am already noting improvement - in my joints.

My rotry cuffs and my right hip give me trouble in the form of pain and a loss in range of motion. However I am starting to see and feel some improvment. My rnage of motion has increased and the pain level has decreased.

I attribute this not only to the workouts but to the Glucosamin Chondroitin I take as well. I really am thrilled to see improvment in my joints and flexibility.

I may have already mentioned this, but I am seeing an improvement in my energy level as well, frankly I am amazed at the increase and the difference in energy I am experiencing.

Well no weight loss this week, no weight gain either! I have met my fitness goal of 30 minutes a day and have added a strength regimen.
I ate out Sat. and manged not to pig out!
I am astounded how much engery I have compared to this time last month! I actully feel better and dare I say it...HEALTHIER!

A New Year - A New Me

Well I don't know how but I have lost 20lbs and 4 inches off my waist - all on "accident" that is to say I didn't do it on purpose.
So I thought "Hmm If I can do this by accident, what can I do on 'purpose'?" So I have determined to lose 55lbs by June 1st. Since making this determination I have lost an additional 3lbs! See my YouTube vid for more information.
