Well I fell off the wagon due to a combo of laziness, depression and
sickness. This literally put me in the hospital for two weeks with
severe Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT) in BOTH legs. Basically my legs had
extensive blood clots that took 4 surgeries to remove.
So I am
back on the wagon and back to the gym - I can not, must not, let this
happen again! My goal is still to lose 50 lbs - this time by Dec. That
will put me at 215lbs.
