Still going strong!

I completed and tracked 3 cardio exercises and 6 strength exercises at - 30 minutes Upper Body Work Out, 300 calories burned, 30 minutes Lower Body Workout, 300 calories burned, 30 minutes Treadmill - 12 min/mile, 533 calories burned 

Down to 260lbs!!! 15lbs since the beginning of the year!!

I have set a new mini goal. 250 by March 30th.
